About Us

Value Proposition

Ardaigh—Gaelic for “to elevate”—partners with owners and CEOs of small and midsize businesses to unlock sustainable revenue growth. We provide part-time, senior-level sales and marketing leadership for companies backed by families, angels, venture capital, and private equity—bringing the strategic rigor of world-class organizations to fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.

Unlike traditional consultants who focus on a single function, Ardaigh Management delivers a holistic, cross-functional approach rooted in deep experience across sales, marketing, merchandising, and general management. This enables stronger alignment between strategy and execution—driving faster decisions, greater efficiency, and measurable performance improvement across the enterprise.

For leaders who can’t justify a full-time executive but can’t afford to operate without one, Ardaigh Management offers a powerful alternative: experienced leadership on demand. We help owners and CEOs assess performance, uncover growth opportunities, and build scalable, repeatable commercial systems that produce consistent, predictable revenue growth.

Founder & Principal Consultant

Billy Henry brings over 40 years of proven leadership across sales, marketing, merchandising, and general management. He has consistently delivered industry-leading results in both Fortune 500 corporations and fast-growing entrepreneurial ventures. As a former CEO of his own companies, Billy also understands firsthand the challenges and rewards of running a small business.

Billy began his career at the blue-chip CPG leader Nabisco Inc., where he built and led high-performing field sales organizations and headquarters-based brand management teams. He later applied those best-in-class practices to drive growth and turnarounds for both large and small companies across diverse B2C and B2B industries—including chemicals, confectionery, and janitorial products.

He also brings a deep understanding of the customer’s perspective, having led merchandising and buying teams at Fortune 40 retailer Lowe’s Companies, where he delivered significant sales, margin, and market share gains across $1B Tools & Hardware categories.

Billy earned his MBA with honors from Columbia University and a BBA from James Madison University. Today, he shares his expertise as an adjunct professor at Johnson & Wales University, teaching Entrepreneurship and mentoring the next generation of small business leaders.
